3. Permitted Use
You may use FreePDFConvert to:

4. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use FreePDFConvert to:
- ✗Upload, process, or distribute illegal content including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content promoting terrorism, or content violating applicable laws
- ✗Process documents you do not own or do not have authorization to process — including bypassing password protection on documents you do not have permission to access
- ✗Upload malicious files, viruses, trojans, or any code designed to harm our systems or other users
- ✗Automate requests to our service via bots, scrapers, or scripts without explicit written permission
- ✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of our infrastructure or software
- ✗Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
- ✗Resell or commercially redistribute our service or outputs without prior written agreement
- ✗Upload files containing content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all files you upload and all output files you download. FreePDFConvert does not claim any ownership or rights to your content.
The FreePDFConvert name, logo, website design, and software are the intellectual property of FreePDFConvert. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our brand assets or software without express written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
FreePDFConvert is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted files will perfectly reproduce the original in all cases. Conversion accuracy depends on source file quality, format complexity, and other factors. We do not guarantee OCR accuracy for scanned documents. Use output files at your own discretion and verify critical content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FreePDFConvert and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage caused by reliance on converted document output. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service (which is zero, as the service is free).
8. Governing Law
